The title of this website is accredited to a young boy who had the courage and determination to look beyond exhausted conventional treatments in an attempt to utilize an unknown treatment for an ill hamster. The original post was found on 'happy hamsters message board' entitled "to help a young ill hamster" the contents of the open ended post was the inspiration for Pudge's story.
